Works great but broke after 3 uses

Works great when it’s running! The pull cord gets stuck sometimes and we have to loosen the screws to get it working by again.

Does not like to run rpm. I’ve have one for less than a year and works terribly. Intake manifold looks plastic and is stripped out. Now carb won’t seal and it’s sucking air. A
