- A: This is the vendor's response. The Hi-Run WD1295 (4.80/4.00-8 2PR P301 RIB) is a Lawn & Garden tire, which needs a 8” rim. It can NOT be mounted on a rim with a 4.80-12 tire on it, as 4.80-12 is a Boat Trailer Tire and needs 12” rim.6 years agoHelpful?

Rather difficult to find 2 replacement tires for a garden wagon I bought here. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Cost more to get them mounted that the tires cost.Total ended up being about 50% of a new wagons cost.

Bought two. One would not seal to rim. tried several things including beating the rim. Put my old tire back on it sealed no problem.
