Excellent durability and quality.

I bought this at my local TSC and love it. It's well engineered and nearly indestructible. I bought it for a truck hatchet and will buy another for my bugout bag. YouTube reviews also rate the hatchet highly. I also own a larger version for using at home and I haven't ruined it yet.

Not quality, not fiskars quality, wasted $

I bought this online, i might return it. I haven’t even used it yet. It’s lightweight, cheap steel, definitely a turn off from normal fiskars stuff.

Great little hatchet!

Anyone who offroads as much as I do should have a kit with them and this hatchet is a great addition to my kit. I don’t always feel like firing up a chainsaw so I’ll use this hatchet to clear branches, cut up some wood for a campfire, and any other little chores.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I actually loved this more than I thought I would. First I loved how light weight and compact it is. It’s perfect for camping, keeping in a vehicle and day to day tasks around the house. The edge retention is pretty solid, and the plastic sheath is sturdy and practical. As for the feel of the X7, the rubberized handle and overall handle retention is better than most hatchets I've used. The rubberized handle also reduces shock while adding overall grip, so if you have smaller hands it’s also fairly comfortable. Definitely recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have not had the chance to use this yet,but I gave it to my husband. I was surprised that Fiskars makes tools. It does seem very durable,and like it would perform well and is very versatile. I like the safety feature and the handle is very comfortable.
