The Hessaire 3,100 CFM Evaporative Cooler is compact in size, pleasing in aesthetics, and greater in performance than coolers of a much larger size. The high performance of this is evaporative air cooler is achieved through expanding air-intake areas to the hi-density XeL50 rigid media. This cooler has three media panels instead of a single panel found on most mobile coolers. This feature allows more air-intake area and reduce pre-rotation of the air to the prop, which translates into lower static pressure and more efficient air delivery to the prop. The hi-density XeL50 media of this Hessaire evaporative cooler provides 80% more evaporation surface compared to regular density media. This means the portable evaporative air cooler has higher evaporation efficiency and cooler temperatures. - A: The 37M has a front fill door opening for the water, it also comes with a brass hose adapter that can be used with a water hose for continuous fill. We recommend front filling the unit to 3/4 full then moving the hose to the adapter and only turning on the hose a 1/4 turn for the lowest pressure. When the pump is engaged it will begin evaporating the water once it has used a good bit of water the float falls below the float it will engage the hose to begin allowing water back into the unit. It should be watched closely on the first few uses to make sure the water pressure is not too high which will cause the unit to overfill. You can put ice in the unit along with water, you will need to have the unit OFF before putting any ice in and make sure the ice is not above the waterline which could cause blade breakage if it comes into contact with the blade when turned on.6 years agoHelpful?

Hessaire Blows!

The box was missing parts. No screws for the casters and no hose adapter. Here is what their warranty card says:

Cool air for the summer season

As it's winter time, we won't be using this right now. But we did test the product to make sure it worked. We put it in our living room, which is about 500 sq feet and it instantly made the room cold. Easy to configure buttons. The wheels make it nice to move to certain area of the living room that we know it'll get hot during the summer time. We ran it for 15 minutes until we couldn't stand the cold anymore. Definitely will be using this product during the spring/summer time when it starts heating up again.

This Hessaire Indoor/outdoor air conditioner is WODNERFUL. Its easy to set up. I like the fact that this can be used both inside and outside. We took it outside for a spin. It was great. We placed it under our tent in the back yard.
