Worst warranty service I have ever experienced. I was on the phone over 35 minutes with no help only they were talking to me like they know every time, but I guarantee you didn’t know. Absolutely nothing. This would be my last purchase.

Great people at Portacool

Works occasionally, when it does I enjoy it. Have changed out control panel and 2 power cords would try county line cooler but it has a worse rating than Portacool The people at Portacool have been great to work with but you’re still down while waiting on parts. It is now out of warranty so I’m looking for one on market place to keep me running

Good Cooler/Not So Good Pump

I have had this cooler for 3 summer's and replaced the pump 3 times. The pumps aren't cheap. I drain/clean the unit regularly. The cooler works great on the fan and controls. I really like the wireless control; I can turn it on before coming home and the patio will be cool. But I have to purchase another pump to replace the current one that isn't working before I can have it cooling with wet pads.
