Talk about under rating their product! This thing is a work of art and cools like no other! I had a smaller Portacool before and needed sometimes bigger so I went with another brand I won’t mention by name (cool boss) and was the biggest mistake of my life. Sold that unit that wouldn’t cool and sounded like I was in a hurricane for my Apex 2000 and life is great now.

Great customer service

I gave a 1 star review of the product because there was an issue
with the gfci flipping when turned on. Portocool has an awesome
customer service team and got me up and running.
The issue was the cord not the unit. Works great in this Texas heat.
Works like 5 stars. The delay to get up and running gave it 4 stars.

Not a good experience

Does not work. Bought one, set it up and it is flipping its own
gfci when the fan starts. Took it back and got another. Same issue.
Updated software to see it that was the issue. Same problem.
No customer support over the weekend. Left messages and
sent in issue to Portacool. I will update this post if they address
The issues.
Test the fan before loading it up, taking it home, filling it up with
water and having it not work.
