Q: I find it impossible to secure the top to the bottom as I cannot get the attachments to slide in place. Otherwise it is good and sturdy. But it is useless as I cannot fill or clean it. Any ideas of what to do???

Hey, there this thing holds water and gravity feeds the tray perfectly! I added some floating material in the tray so my bees can get fresh water without drowning. Definitely works for more than just yard birds.

This is one of the best water drinker I had purchased, it last for a long time. My chickens had one that is six years old and still great, I live in the hot and humid state of Florida, and this drinker is still holding. I just purchased an extra one to hang around their coop .
