Last year I started seeding Carpenter Ants in my window... never seen them before, no idea what they were, no one here knew either (I live in an apt). I was overrun with them by the dozens and desperately searching, I came across this company online. I called them to ask what I exactly needed to be sure I was getting the right thing and the lady I spoke with was the nicest, most patient person I have ever dealt with! She advised me I needed this product and spoke at length to be sure I understood exactly how to use it. She also told me what to do this year to get ahead of any that were apparently living in my living room window so I started treatment as soon as it got warm and what a difference! I had no more of them than you might see regular house ants if you got them once and they were quickly gone! This stuff is worth its weight in gold and I will never be without it again. You will not be disappointed buying this- and it has no noticeable scent so that's not an issue either. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for curing my problem before it drove me crazy(er). ☺♥
