Q: What is the difference between this and 7' folded netting?

1 Answer
  • A: The primary difference is that "7' folded netting" is likely a feature or packaging description for a specific Tenax product, probably the Tenax Deer Net Folded. At the same time, the "Tenax 100 ft. x 7 ft. Multi-Purpose Garden and Animal Netting" is a distinct product with different mesh size and strength.

Be careful with online “pickup” purchases.

Looks like one of the two rolls I bought were returned and re-sold to me minus about 1/2 the roll. Make sure you check your online pickup purchases that are pulled from inventory and staged for you.

Light duty mesh

Fine for over raised beds. Not super durable as fencing. We tried it as fencing and deer kept pushing through. The heavier more expensive stuff works better. Also, keep it off the ground, otherwise snakes will get stuck. We had this happen before we cut off the excess that was bunched up around the beds.

Great quality

Pleasantly surprised how strong this is. I used for around a new portion of garden. Definitely will not keep everything out as I did have a rabbit attempt to chew through it which left a small hole before I noticed.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Coop

Worked well for my chicken coop. I had one issue. My pneumatic stapler blew through the mesh, so I had to use a hand held stapler/hammer tacker.
