- A: This is a very lightweight netting. It's easier to use than metal or wire and cuts easily with scissors. Just drape it over the items you need covered. You can secure it to the ground with garden staples, pegs or just wrap it under heavier items. It is a true netting and does have open squares, so if you want full protection (covering) for your items, you might be needing more of a tarp-like product.4 years agoHelpful?

This fencing is perfect for keeping my chickens out of my garden. They loved getting into the planter boxes to take dust baths but this did the trick in keeping them out. Easy to put up and almost invisible from the house. Highly recommend!
