HandsOn Equine Gloves Lg

I was skeptical at first when these hit the market, but was a quick convert. I currently have 3 pair of these (two for the horses and one for the pups—I have always kept their grooming tools separate). They are fantastic for both thin-skinned horses and sensitive pups. The HandsOn® Gloves are gentle enough for sensitive skin and flexible enough to get in hard-to-reach areas. While it is always rewarding to see a horse enjoy a thorough groom, it is even more rewarding to see both horses & pups enjoy these that never approved much of grooming in the first place.

i bought this a month ago and i'm so happy my horse is fuzzy

I've used these less than 5 times on my dog, for maybe 5 minutes at a time. Very poor quality product. However, with < 30 minutes total use, the one glove I have used has plastic flaking off all the spikes/numbs and visually is already showing wear on the spikes/nubs compared to the unused glove. I can't think of any non-disposable grooming product I've used that showed wear after being used this lightly. Conceptually a good product, but they aren't going to last even one month. I can't justify reordering them, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else buy them. On the positive side, the sizing seemed true to their chart and my dog does like the feel of them. They do a reasonably good job of picking up hair, but don't capture/contain it as neatly as other shedding/grooming tools.

My Morgan mare is very sensitive, and very quick to let me know what she does and doesn't like, especially with grooming products. The instant I started using these an alternative to a curry comb, I could tell she didn't want me to stop! She almost leans into me when I am using them on her, and is yawning, licking, and chewing on the cross ties which tells me it feels good to her and she is relaxed. They are also super effective in helping to remove shedding hair. I also use these when bathing to help scrub in shampoo, they are quick to dry! I followed the measuring guide and the medium gloves fit me perfectly. These have also been my go-to gift for the horse people in my life and they all are just as happy with the product.
