Hard to get

Shine On is a great product. Unfortunately the Yuba City store hardly ever has it in stock. So I order it online. Twice I’ve received shipments with broken nozzles and I’ve had to return them. The employees at the store are super helped and apologetic. Another problem is that the nozzles can’t be unscrewed from the bottles so if the nozzle is broken you have no way to use put the contents into another bottle. The big issue here is packaging. Whoever packs these bottles for shipping needs to learn how to package items properly so that they arrive intact. It seems like a simple solution but I’ve received broken nozzles on two shipments. Come on guys - pack items properly.
