I finally found the perfect brush for my keeshond! The bristles are in rows which makes it really flexible, so I'm doing more untangling and less pulling of the dog's hair. Also there are no plastic knobs on the bristles that dog can chew off when he gets a hold of it. Easy to clean.

I have several chris christensen expensive brushes for my two double coated australian shepherds. I saw this brush for $6 and liked the design, worth a try. hands down it has been the first brush I grab for daily brushing. I use it with the direction of the coat ...but in a vertical position first with the opening at the top, then follow with a horizontal brush out. really gets alot of the the dead hair out. a plus , I noticed they fall asleep when I am using this Tangle Wrangler brush. they look forward to "tangle wrangle time" best advice is use it vertically through coat first, then horizontal. world of difference.
