Purchased 200 lbs. of this to help establish a new lawn. Soil is heavy red clay that hasn't been worked in years. Tilled the soil, spread Tractor Supply's Groundworks Fast Lawn seed, raked lightly to cover the seed, and then used this 10-10-10 fertilizer at a rate of about 20lbs per 1000 sq ft. Got great results. Beautiful, lush green rye grass was about 3" tall within two weeks. Had a bit of the fertilizer left over, threw it down around a few young fruit trees at the same time I was working the lawn. That worked, too. Trees blossomed more fully than we'd ever seen them. This fertilizer is a great value.

Not sure if it was stored improperly or not but it was a solid block of mess like it got wet. I did curbside pickup and they gave me a bad bag of this stuff. If it’s solid, refuse it because it won’t break up.
