Rated 1 out of 5 by from poor construction after 3 weeks of using the maul. The handle broke middle ways.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Buy a fiskar I bought this today because I needed an actual maul to drive wedges with. I have the Fiskar splitting axe and love it. Thought I’d give this a try and the handle broke on the first swing. It’s like they over clamp it where the head meets the handle. Spend the money and get something better.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Maul broke at head on 3rd use. Not a novice using chopping tools. Was splitting a round and the handle snapped near the head. I have a Gransfors Bruks that also has a hickory handle that has never failed me in 10 years of ownership. I expect to get more than 3 uses on any tool that is used for it's intended purpose.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible Worst maul ever owner. Looks like a 10 year old sharpend. Absolutely terrible.

What style eye is this for replacement handle purposes. I prefer the ones that use a standard pick style handle.
