This sprinkler does not come with two connections so that it can be used in line as described. The photos show it with one female connection and that is all that it has.
The "dial" on the top to adjust the spray distance is a tab that slides. It has no + and - on it to indicate distance as described.
There are no instructions in the box. See multiple requests for instructions in reviews.
There is no way to remove the spray nozzle to clean the filter. Most sprinkler heads have this.
The metal base seems stable. At least I can use it when the plastic top wears out.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Poor adjustment function

I was disappointed that there is no distance adjustment even thou there appears to be a slider that does nothing. I bought 2 of them and there both the same. The sweep sometime over runs the stops then sprays the opposite from where it should. It is pretty well build for plastic with a metal base.
