This is a horrible hose . It will kink and split. we bought 2 and both hose did the same thing with in 3-4 weeks of purchase .

It doesn't just kink, it just bends and breaks the material and when you bend it back it immediately splits. I rolled it out, it coiled back up, turned the water on and uncoiled it and straightened it out and it went flat and split. First use only.

You get what you pay for. Spend a little more $ and get a quality hose, not this one. This hose kinks too easily and is too flimsy to roll up in a hose reel.
