Not sure why I am bothering

I still haven’t recieved my cart, it’s missed it delivery day by 10 days. I still can’t get any information since March 4. I’ve sat on the phone to your customer service department for 35 minutes the first time and 50 minutes the second time with no one ever taking my call . I also used your automated phone system where you will come me back, that I did 8 working days ago and still no call back. I’ve called a local store and they claimed they couldn’t help me either. This is truly one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. I am at the point of call my credit card provider and seeing if I can report this transaction as fraud….you have my money, I don’t have a product and you are communicating to me.

This is GREAT product any recommend it, very strong, very durable and does everything it's suppose to do and more. I'm so happy with these carts I purchased a 3rd one. 1 for home and 2 at my company. As for their customer service for any issues, they are#1 in my book. Called for a minor issue, I spoke with Shawn at Tricam/Groundwork customer service he was highly professional and helpful.
