This walk-behind spreader is perfect for controlled spreading around driveways, paths and gardens over areas as big as 20 sq. ft. The spreader is built on 8 in. pneumatic tires, allowing it to roll smoothly over grass, and the controls are mounted right on the handle for easy access as you push the spreader. The hopper can hold up to 50 lb. of material at once to reduce the amount of refills needed. Made with durable metal components and a powder-coat finish, this broadcast spreader is made to last season after season. Once you order your new broadcast spreader, you can start using it almost right away because it arrives fully assembled.

50lb groundWork spreader

spreader was poorly assembled, rear stand was bent and out of line. Considering the air inflated tires it was still difficult to push. Feed mechanism was not accurate and difficult to operate. Would not recommend.

Hard to believe something so bad can be made

I didnt find a Zero Star so I give it 1. I dont know if driving 20 miles again to return this thing, or go to the store to put a warning sign for people not to buy this crap.handle bend, gears get stuck and stop spreading, back leg bends, the rotary tray got stuck. Only works fine when you have 10% of the 50lbs bag remaining. We end up spreading 6 of the 8 bags of fertilizers by hand and scrap this thing.

Good quality, light weight.

First I thought it would be in a box and have to put it together. Awesome, built and ready to use. Like the tires and light weight. Mixing insect and fire ant killer together and spreading it very well. The spreader settings could be of better quality and readable. But if you have used spreaders as much as I have, you get to now about where to set it. So overall, Im pleased.

Broke after only the second use, don't waste your money on it. Even during normal use, you have to constantly shake it for material to come out.
