I have not received my order!

I ordered 3 burners grill on May 30th 2026, and I still haven’t gotten my grill. The bad experience that I have gone through to get this grill is very disappointing. I am not going to order anything else after this matter gets resolved. Because I never want to experience this again!

Direction in manual were adequate. The only difficulty was installing the hood thermometer. The double walled hood did not allow for the washer to fit between the inner wall and the wing nut.
