Great bike, However....

No assembly was necessary. However, straight from the store the battery box was water damaged, batteries and charger looked like they were on a shelf outside for months. The bike.... It has serious water exposure residue. Rusty screws and bolts, water stains, was probably left outside for months or longer as well.... Outside of the multiple attempts to reach out for some support that is non-existent, this little bike is pretty awesome. I haven't pushed it far in miles yet, but soon I will. Its pretty durable and ergonomically comfortable, and the speed is plenty fast enough. I do recommend. I would give 5 stars if support was more supportive.. PICTURES are straight from coming off the truck.

I have a whole line of greenworks 60v products and man am i sure glad i bought this bad boy. Picked it up on sale for 999.99. The two 8ah batteries are already 2/3 of that price alone. Im a big guy 300lbs+ and while i know it isnt rated for my weight this thig has no problem getting up to the max speed with me on it. Sometime i even take one of my little one for a cruise with me so we are talking close to 375lb and this thing still moves with no problem. I think we ma have bottomed out a few time but other that that is a smooth ride.

I got the bike and it was fine its got a bit of lag in the gas and the break calaper moves on its own when breaking
