I have mixed this seed with sunny shade mix for last three years nothing but good results . Definitely helps spread the fullness of Sod. My back yard is only three seasons old I did it from dirt to lawn with this product .germination is a bit slow make sure to give it enough time to grow before cold hits

Green Grass Again

Wow, This summer has been hard on Grass we tried keeping up with watering late in the evening so we didn’t burn it out through the day fertilizer nothing seems to help. It took about three weeks using this and our grass actually started coming back to life again with that bright green beautiful one look. We will now be adding this to our lawn treatment. The cost is very comparable to other brands and this actually works.
