[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Granitestone Blue 2 Piece Nonstick Pans are a beautiful blue color, which I really like. But what we really want to know is how they handle cooking! I am quite pleased with these pans as they are not to heavy making them easy to handle. The cooking surface of the pan is like touching sandpaper, but it's non stick to the point that food slides right out of the pan. All you need is a tiny bit of oil to prime the cooking surface and your good to go. I highly recommend ligthly oiling your pan for each use. They conduct heat very well, heating up quickly and they provide a nice sear to your food. Giving your food even browning and cooking. Cleanup is a snap too, just rinse and lightly wash with your favorite dish soap and allow to dry. I love these pans and happy to have them in my cooking repetoire!

I tried the larger pan to sauté some vegetables and I did not need any butter, oil or cooking spray. The pan looked completely clean after I removed the vegetables. It is a very durable pan and I will use it for years to come.

It works well for making a meal for 1-2 people but is too small for making a family size meal. Nonstick coating works well, but the pans are a bit thin for getting a good sear. Best to use for things like eggs and fish vs beef.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m the queen of a nonstick pan (great for cooking eggs!), but they often stop working well after a few weeks and washes. However, these pans work really well (with or without oil) and they’ve stood the test of time! I also love the size of these pans - my favorite is the small one (great for frying individual eggs).
