- A: Yes, the 1 inch manual nozzle will work on a gravity fed system. However, utilizing a ball valve nozzle would be a better solution because it provides a better seal when you’re not dispensing fuel. You can use the manual nozzle, but if you do I would also recommend a shut off above it.6 years agoHelpful?

worked fine 2 times, now leaks where brass fitting and alum. handle meet by the pin. hook to hold nozzle in pump has busted off and laying in truckbed. purchased 2 weeks ago

Accessory items have a 90 day warranty. If your nozzle is leaking then please call us and we will send you a new one as long as you can provide us receipt of order OR you can always go back to the store and warranty it out. As for the nozzle hook breaking off, if it was not due to abuse then perhaps there was a hairline crack in it? Hard to say there, but that is what the 90 day warranty is for because if it did have a hairline crack then you would run into problems out of the box.
