Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best if you're on a budget This is the one horse fly spray product that is affordable AND lasts an entire summer (and even longer if you don't need to use fly spray on multiple horses daily). I'm never buying anything but fly spray concentrate ever again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I make my own tick repellent Go to the store and look at any brand sold to treat clothing, this is the main ingredient. Take this, mix it 1 oz to 20oz of water and never see ticks on yourself again. It also doubles for spraying around the house, win win. I buy the biggest bottle.

I see the ratio to spray chickens for lice is 2/3 oz per 10 gallon. Can a stronger ratio be used in the coop? Is it better to use oil on the poultry b/c it will coat the lice eggs/nits? Is it safe for ducks?

Asked by: Kim78
The ratio is 2/3 of an ounce in one gallon of water for poultry. You can use 1.3oz in one gallon of water to spray the coup. It is always better to mix with oil when applying. The oil will help the product stick better.

Can I mix this with a cream and rub it on them, they're skittish of being sprayed? And would mixing it dilute it??

Asked by: Lu 2
This is a concentrated livestock spray, and is intended to be diluted. It is best to mix with mineral oil, or sunflower oil and rub on them. I would not mix with a cream.

Is this effective for killing and preventing fleas on dogs? If so, how long does it take to kill the fleas and how soon should I bath a house dog after treatment?

Asked by: VM69
It will kill and prevent fleas on dogs. Do not use on cats. Do not treat puppies less than 12 weeks old. Thoroughly wet animal by dipping, sponging or spraying. Allow animal to dry without rinsing or toweling. Do not repeat treatment for 7 days. Consult a veterinarian before using this product on debilitated, aged, pregnant, or nursing animals. Sensitivities may occur after using ANY pesticide product for pets. If signs of sensitivities occur, bathe your pet with mild soap and rinse with large amounts of water. If signs continue, consult a veterinarian immediately.
