Q: Ad says wedge but shows heel. Which will I get?

1 Answer
  • A: Hi there, According to the vendor: The shoe pictured with a slight heel is correct for style GR262. If the customer wants a “true” wedge in that style I would suggest GR274.

Q: TSC, your web-site lists the Georgia Giant Wedge Romeo Work Shoe as a GR262. Isn't that a non-Wedge shoe? GB lists the GR274 as a Wedge shoe. I'm looking for a Wedge shoe - the shoe without a 3/4" heel.

  • A: Hey there, Thanks for reaching out. Our product items numbers and the manufacturer's item numbers will not always match up. We recommend using the search bar. Type in the exact shoe name your looking for, not the part number.

Long handled shoe horn made my life easier

This review is long over due! I bought my first pair of wedge romeo work shoes back on Nov 7, 2012. I always loved slip on shoes as a kid, and these shoes looked perfect! My 11 wide shoes fit perfect, and were oh so comfortable for a work shoe. I am still wearing this same pair and still profess them as one of the most comfortable pair of shoes I've owned. Shopping for a possible replacement pair brought me to this website. What I wanted to share with everyone is something I found a few years back which made my life easier. l always had difficulty getting my feet into these shoes. They fit great once on, but getting them on was a challenge especially after pulling the one back loop off cause I had word through the stitching. What saved me was a long handled shoe horn! I fell in love with my shoes all over again once finding a cheap, bamboo shoe horn. I wear my 14 yr old Romeos most every day now with my shoe horn at their side. I was considering buying a new pair, but after just taking off my broken in best friends, I decided to write a review on them and share the shoe horn "trick". Maybe someone else who finds slip on shoes a bit of a challenge to put on will find this comment helpful

Yes, I recommend this product.

Comfortable, reliable, long lasting.

I bought these for my boyfriend in October, 2025 because he was going through so many pairs of boots it was insane. These have been the best purchase on a pair of boots that we have ever made. He loves them so much that I ended up purchasing another pair for my brother. I highly recommend this brand to many people because the quality is just impeccable.

I’ve owned several pair and the sole has two brads in them that keeps coming thru the bottom inside the shoe, cost to much for this to happen ever six months
