Gentamicin Sulfate Topical Ophthalmic Solution is an antibiotic used to treat eye infections in pets, including horses, dogs, and cats. This ophthalmic solution targets bacterial eye infections and is proven to help treat a variety of conditions, including dacryocystitis, acute meibomianitis, blepharoconjunctivitis, blepharitis (eyelid inflammation), corneal ulcers, keratoconjunctivitis, keratitis (corneal inflammation), and conjunctivitis (pink eye). It's sold in a 5 mL bottle, which must be shaken gently before use to ensure the medication is properly mixed. For ease of use and quicker healing, Gentamicin is fast-acting and applied topically. Side Effects

Serious adverse reactions are uncommon. The following symptoms could occur:

• Eyelid swelling
• Eyelid or eye itching
• Blurred vision
• Eye redness
• Eye irritation
• Eye stinging
• Eye burning

• Do not use if drops contain particles or are discolored.
• Avoid touching the dropper opening to hands, eyes, or any other surface. The dropper opening is sterile. If it is contaminated, it could result in an eye infection.
• Shake bottle gently to ensure proper mixing of medication.
• Wash your hands thoroughly before use.
