Wanted a small scanner I could keep in my glove box. First time using it in my 2016 Outback I selected to run a test and the dongle started beeping, got really warm and every light on my dash came on. My phone can connect to it but says it fails to read anything. Now every time I plug in the scanner it causes 10 permanent codes, including lose of ECU, traction control, transmission communication, etc. Just about everything the control module communicates with breaks and lights up my dash. Pulled out my OTOFix D1 to clear everything, but now I have permeant codes that will take time to clear. Have no issues with any other scanner I've used. Wont be using this scanner again. You get what you pay for.

I’ve had multiple Bluetooth scan tools and so far out performs all . I have 2010 Mercedes s550 and most of the features work which is surprising

Great idea and would be worth buying if it worked consistently. I was able to do a relearn on my Subaru transmission with no issues. Then after I did more work on the transmission the app would not load the relearn program. Tried everything to get it to work but failed every time. I returned the product.
