[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is absolutely a life saver product. I had snapped a pull valve angle of at the threads and mated it pretty good. I was able to take this and tap it back to being able to screw a new handle in. Completely saved me. A tool everyone should have in their toolbox!

The taps start into the material easily and leave perfect threads. The dies cut perfectly and don’t leave burrs. The ratcheting T wrench action is smooth and easy to use.

It cane in handy when I was chasing down thread holes in my trunk doing shocks and struts. The teeth are clean and shows no real signs of wear with moderate usage. Was also using this on an aluminum boat to clean up some threads and it did so wonderfully

In addition to the ratcheting handle a shorter T is included and a hex wrench for installing and removing the dies. That is a very nice and time saving surprise. The fit and finish are perfect, but the most important aspect is the quality of threads cut. So far I've only needed the 1/4-20 tap and die to repair threads on a spool valve and for a custom carburator linkage. This spool was heat treated so it was a reasonable test of the taps hardness and it cut perfect threads. Tap Magic was used as a lubricant fir both the tap and die cuts.
