The State of California requires any product with, in this case, polyvinyl chloride (PVC) to be labeled with a warning. There is an extensive list of other materials and chemicals that also require the same or a similar label. This fence was used “inside” the existing six ft. high powder-coated black stainless steel fence surrounding my back yard; keeping my Yorkie puppy from exiting through the rails to potential harm outside the yard. This fence was virtually invisible.
