Assembly of the insulator to the metal arm is difficult. The pilot hole is not large enough to accept the provided screw, nor is the screw sharp enough to grab the existing pilot hole, they’re not rated for piercing metal. I had to run a separate metal rated screw through each pilot hole for the supplied screw to properly thread. Also had to create a jig to hold the metal arm otherwise starting the screw was nearly impossible. Pushing my smooth wire into the insulator clip resulted in apx 30% of the clips snapping off. The plastic for the insulator is so ridged and brittle that they crack and snap off. Also noticed if there is any forward or backward pressure on the clip once the wire is installed and tightened resulted in another 30% breaking off. Ended up having to install a wire clip on each insulator to fasten the wire since the clips were breaking and I had no confidence in the ones that remained. This was another time-consuming modification.
