These are very hard to find, I only found them at the TS store but even then I still had to drive about 20 miles to another town to find a store that had them in stock.

If we attached this panel to a wood stucture would it keep deer out of a garden? If not can you recommend another product?

To keep deer out, we recommend something at least 6 feet tall, so this fence would not be ideal. Searching "Deer Fence" on our website will yield results for fencing designed specifically for that purpose.

Bolt cutters are a fairly easy method. You will want to grind the sharp edges when you're done though.

Can these be arched to fit in a bed of a pickup

Yes depending on the bed size of the truck. An 8 ft bed should work fine, however, 7 ft and below may be more difficult.

What is the gauge of the metal and what type of metal is it? Also what is  the spacing openings size"

This feedlot panel is made of galvanized steel. The line wire gauge is 4 and the stay wire gauge is 5. The spacing of the opening is 4 in x 4 in.
