Q: Will this product kill curly leaf?

1 Answer
  • A: Howdy neighbor! While FarmWorks Aquatic Herbicide is great for plants above the water like cattails, it won't work on curly leaf pondweed because that weed grows entirely underwater. To clear up curly leaf, you’ll need a specialized submerged treatment like Diquat or Endothall that can reach the plants beneath the surface.

Q: Is this safe for livestock

1 Answer
  • A: Howdy neighbor! FarmWorks Aquatic Herbicide is generally safe for livestock when used as directed, but you must follow specific label instructions to prevent ingestion of the concentrated product or freshly sprayed vegetation. Because the active ingredient is 53.8% Glyphosate, it is considered practically non-toxic to mammals and birds, but it can cause temporary digestive upset if animals consume it before it has dried or dispersed.

Q: Will this kill Zizaniopsis miliacea in water

1 Answer
  • A: Hello, thank you for your question. Yes, glyphosate can kill Zizaniopsis miliacea if the plants have emergent foliage above water and are actively growing. It may not be effective on fully submerged plants. Some re-treatment may be needed for regrowth from rhizomes.

Will do the job

Seems to have worked pretty good. You must have a surfactant which FarmWorks does not sell.

53% vs 41% Aquatic Herbicide

Paid $119.00 for a gallon and it done no Bette than the $40 to $50 stuff I bought . Figured I’d try it once since it was 53% and the others were 41% so thought it would really do good , 👎.

No, I do not recommend this product.
