All winter long my feral cats have been picking at food that freezes too quickly to eat if they are not there when it is first put it outside. I ordered this heated dish and within one night they are eating nice warm canned food and warm drinkable water. I really wish I had this when the temperature first started to drop in the fall. My cats not only love it but I do too because now I don't have to keep going outside to get the food, thaw it , and put it out several times a day in the winter. I also had several bowls with water freeze and break from expansion. No more broken water bowls. Highly recommend this product.
