The K&H Extreme Weather Kitty Pad Petite outdoor heated kitty pad is an essential source of warmth for any cat that spends time out doors. Its internal thermostat keeps the surface nice and warm even in the coldest of temperatures. Place in a shed, garage, barn or anywhere your outdoor kitties spend time. Only 25 watts is all that's needed to keep the indoor or outdoor pet warm and comfy even in the coldest of climates. We've cleverly rounded all the edges to take away a chewing surface and even capped the cord entrance and the first 18 in. of the power cord with steel. Holes in the 4 corners of the pad are the perfect anchor points to keep the pad in place. Screws can be used to anchor the pad on wood surfaces or wired in place for wire floored cages. One year limited warranty. This outdoor heated cat bed has been tested & certified by MET Labs to exceed USA/CA electrical safety standards. Measures 9 x 12 inches and uses 25 watts

It just needs to be on a flat surface for this to work efficiently and effectively. We do not suggest customers covering this item with a blanket or anything (other than the cover we sell separately) as the warmth will not penetrate as intended. This item’s heater is at an extremely low voltage, only 25 watts and has a dual thermostat system that is pre-set to the perfect temperature."a year agoHelpful?
Q: I am worried about safety as i do not want my cats to be burned. Or laying on something too hot. Can i provide any more comfort along with this such as blankets or straw

Bought this back in October and it stopped working just after 2.5 months ! Money wasted .
