The Exaco ECO-King 400 Compost Bin is a great way to start using food scraps and yard waste to create rich compost for your yard and garden. This 110-gallon (400 liter) compost bin is constructed completely from UV resistant recycled polypropylene. Two bottom access doors on opposite sides of this compost bin provide easy access to finished compost, but they latch shut while not in use to keep out critters. The top of the compost bin has two separate hinged lids to allow easy access. No tools needed for the assembly of this compost bin; the panels just snap permanently together.

Q: how does this compare in durability to the Ecomaster 300 for durability? I have had one of these for about 8 years and it is finally beginning to come apart from sun wear.

Q: How do you mix the compost ?
9 years ago- A: Generally there are two ways: one, use a "Compost Mixing Tool" with "wings" at the bottom - you push the tool down and pull it back up; or two: the European way: simply lift the whole composter up and put it next to the current location and fill it back up using a pitch fork.9 years agoHelpful?
