First time using this griddle. First went on the bacon, that stuck a little. Then the hash browns went onto the bacon grease, and that stuck, even after putting extra oil. Last was the eggs, they were easy to take off. Think you have to treat it like cast iron. I cook, so this isn't a big deal. They need to change the description about it being non stick.
Yes, I recommend this product.

The grill is not non-stick. It does come seasoned to protect is from moisture during shipping and storage. The griddle top is a steel plate that requires proper seasoning to become non-stick.
