Can't think of a reason NOT to be thrilled with this griddle! Cast iron is THE best choice for safe non-stick, and durable performance on any heat source. Power out? No problem! Nice 2 burner size cooks more food at once, and it is a perfect fit on top of our little boxwood wood cook stove. Reversible so you can sear/grill meats on one side or fry eggs, bacon, pancakes or whatever on the flip side, and any extra grease drains off nicely into the channels on either side. Pre-seasoned out of the box is nice too, but maybe best of all - Lodge brand is still made in the USA!

Largest stove-top griddle I could find. Works really well, Like all cast iron cookware, if you maintain it, it will treat you well for years to come. No complaints from me.

This Griddle is great, I already made pancakes and eggs for breakfast and grilled sandwiches for lunch. No sticking and easy to clean. Highly recommended.
