The ECO-FLO Products Inc. 1/12 HP Thermoplastic Portable Utility Pump with Water Removal Kit is easy to use and is a great option for many applications. Included with the utility pump is a suction strainer attachment, 6 ft. suction hose, suction screen and detailed owner's manual.

Q: Does this pump have a hose that sucks the water and then you put a hose on to pump it somewhere else. Or does this pump just set in the water

I've bought this pump three times. Works good for about 1 year with periodic use, however once that year is up...it fails. Quality is average. Does not pump as fast as listed 360GPH....more like the lower end listed 144GPH @ 1 foot head (lift).

We are sorry to read that this pump is not holding up to your expectations. This pump is packaged with a lubricant that should be used prior to each use and would suggest using it to store the pump and reduce the chance of the impeller wearing out.
There are several areas to look at when looking at the GPH. Depending on how long the suction and discharge hose is will contribute to some lower GPH due to friction in the hose(s).

Great little utility pump!

I just used my ecoflo pup61 utility pump to suction out the air vent on my dry well. Tractor Supply Co. sent it out really quickly. It was easy to use & it did the job well. Just be sure to prime with 1 teaspoon of oil (included) & make sure you don't let it pick up any mud or gravel.
