we are needing a pump to be used to boost water pressure for washing a/c coils up to 400' withwater hose lenths of 400' will this pump work??

The PUP57 has a max head of 101' (vertically) - Depending on the elevation 400' hose may exceed this capability.

Can this pump be used a 24/7 for a small back yard pond? it will be used with a pond skimmer and filter. total head 20' counting skimmer, filter, fittings etc.

It cannot be used 24/7. It is designed for simple transfer.
