Bimeda Sustain III (Sulfamethazine) Calf Bolus is indicated for the treatment of common respiratory and gastrointestinal bacterial infections in young cattle. Each bolus contains sustained-release sulfamethazine, an antibiotic effective against bacterial pneumonia, colibacillosis (bacterial scours) and calf diphtheria. Sustained-release formulation allows for rapid onset of action and maintains therapeutic levels for up to three days, supporting faster recovery in affected calves. Sustain III is available by prescription only and is sold in 25 ct. or 50 ct. containers.
