It does function but is extremely overpriced.

For 70.00 you get no timer, and no fan to actually blow air thru your boots. Just a little heater that uses convection to create minimal air movement. I've used many boot dryers and this is the slowest one I've ever used. It does work but it should be 20.00 given its lack of features. Get the peet brand not this one.
