No, this does not kill the plant all the way down to its roots. It kills the surface growth, but then it will start coming back. Some will not be OK with this. But I am. I’d rather wear out the energy stores in the roots, than to use something like RoundUp. Yes, it’s more work, but again, I’d rather it be this than some of those horrible chemicals.
