works well for some weeds, not all.

Works pretty good with dandelions... exceeds expectations. longer root weeds like canadian thistle dont typically work and in those cases you're better off using a trench shovel.
also the top of the plunger strips out threads quick and then tends to fall off often... not a deal breaker but an annoyance.
