Let's talk about some pants that are as tough-as-nails. Dickies Women's Stretch Double-Front Duck Carpenter Pants come in slightly below the waist, with heavy-duty rivets on the front pockets. The brushed duck material is made from a cotton/spandex fabrication, keeping it durable, but with enough stretch for comfort. Knee-pad openings on the front make working on your knees easy, while the utility pockets and hammer loop provide space for your necessities. But, the best part of these Carpenter Pants is the contoured waistband, that stretches to prevent any gapping in the back.

Great pants, but...

I really like these work pants. They are sturdy and perfect for yard work and other household projects. My one complaint: Dickies scrimped on the fabric at the hip pockets. I am slender and the pants fit loosely. Even so, the white pocket liner is always showing! Just an inch more of fabric on each side would have prevented this.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Incredibly disappointed

These pants are the worst. Not relaxed fit, they show up straight cut. The pants also sit very low rise, even with a belt. Also the cut of the front pockets is rediculous, anything put in them falls put when you sit down. I typically buy the duratech relaxed fit carpenter pants (the ones that are not double front) and they are amazing! I have 5 pairs and wear them daily. Which is why I am so incredibly disappointed in these pants as I was expecting a more durable version of the ones I love daily.
