Great customer service

Everything works, it keeps up with a large flat sander and other equipment. I use it for a home shop and it has done its job. I have had a problem with the compressor head breaking a connecting rod which is like a heart attack but I called the help number and in 5 minutes they agreed to send out a new compressor head. I am not happy that it had a problem but very happy they took care of the problem immediately.

Unfortunate product

I literally bleed black and gold. I have more DeWalt products than most hardware stores! Unfortunately, I also own this pile of crap. My 60 gallon air compressor has less than 4 hours of lifetime use on it and it’s been back to them twice for repair. I got it back from them last time, I moved and it sat unhooked for maybe 2 years. Finally got a shop put together, had it all hooked up and running. Ran perfectly for about an hour! Unit is sitting in a renovated DeWalt themed shop, completely dead, for the 3rd time. Unit is out of warranty with very little time and use on it so pretty well screwed. I’m sad to say it, but I would recommend any other compressor than this one.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Cheap junk that doesnt last

Worked great for light to medium duty use for 13 months.. then the motor caught fire randomly. Full oil, pump was cool, in a clean environment with plenty of ambient air for it to breathe and then mid use, flames spewing out the sides. Got it extinguished after catching it (thankfully) and the motor is locked and no longer works, as expected. Tractor supply won't stand by their products and do anything about it, even though it's under warranty and I was told I could bring it in for a hassle free experience.. but now, even though it's under warranty and I purchased the extended warranty, they are saying they don't do that. So the hassle is on me to get it fixed and deal with the warranty stuff. Next time I'll pay extra and go with the local companies that stand by their products, what they sell, and know the equipment too. If it was old and abused, I'd understand but the motor still looked brand new. Disappointed in both durability and service

No, I do not recommend this product.
