Horrible tree.! 😫 We have planted 22 trees in our backyard. We planted 1 Arbor Day Foundation Pink Lady Bare-Root tree in 4/24 it is doing phenomenal, we are very impressed.!! Tractor Supply Degroot trees, & Honeycrisp tree is packaged exactly like our Arbor Day pink lady tree was. In a bag bare-root in dirt. We purchased our honeycrisp in March 2025 it started to grow, it has completely stopped growing. The tiny 3 leaves it did grow, curled up and fell off. This is the second year I gave Degroot a chance lesson learned. My friend and I each bought a honeycrisp last year from Tractor Supply both of our trees did not grow. I thought I’ll give them another chance, maybe I just did something wrong. The worst part is you cannot return these trees to tractor supply to get another.! The constant repetitive response from Degroot repeating the same response over and over below on other reviews or questions.! Instead of Degroot maybe respond with ….we are very sorry this has happened and we would like to make this right for you. We will send you a new tree! I’ll never purchase another Degroot tree nor will I ever buy another tree from Tractor Supply lesson learned. TWICE! how long after planted will should you notice growth I planted mine about 3 plus weeks ago and no change

It did terrible going to try to file for refund but most likely will never hear back like the other 2 trees I bought but never grew ended up just being sticks in my yard I purchased this one a plum and a peach tree and all three failed to grow and I have got no refund for the other 2 trees. I am so disappointed very unhappy would Highly advise staying away from these products unless you just want to throw away your money and be frustrated.

Wanted to post my Honeycrisp apple tree picture. They've been planted a little over a week now and looking healthy and strong. My only aggravation is local stores are mostly sold out now 2nd week of April-not worth the same day shipping cost. I'll probably be looking earlier next spring since tree cost is more reasonable compared the other brands.
