42 in zero turn

Have mowed with it twice on a little over an acre lot. Runs great, cuts great. Don’t have to go back and forth over tall grass to get it cut. Purchased the cub cadet bagger for this model as well. Was easy to assemble and works great.

Definitely not what I expected

Had a zero turn years ago. Also had a craftsman 42" riding lawnmower for 3 years. Decided to get a zero turn again since i bought a hoke with a larger property. Did my research and even though some people said it is junk, i liked few things about it compared to others, and i expected it to be ok, am not going to use it for commercial anyways. Bought it via tractor supply, arrived on time. I could not see if anything was wrong or damage because it was packaged on a pallet from all sides with plastic on top. Once i got it inside the garage, i removed the wood around it and found that it was sitting on too of another layer of wood that is laid on top of the pallet and that wood was broken. The blades are sitting on too of that broken wood.
It was difficult getting it off of the pallet. 2 bolts missing for the seat. I found a screw laying around and then found out it was a lapbar stopper. Installed it. The lapbar are misaligned. If push it forward it goes to the right 15 degrees. After few starts and few minutes of mowing out it back in garage. Went to start it again and it smoked on 3 consecutive starts. 45 minutes later went to start it and wont start on choke or on run. Took few minutes for it to run again. The blade cut is not great. I was cutting grass that is 4 inch tall to 3, and it missed many areas. I have a great experience in zero turns so it isnt like its my first one. My riding lawn mower made by craftsman would cut straight lines which would show in every cut, i reran what i did with the cadet and the cut was horrible again. Now i got to deal with the manufacturer and may have to return it or send it to them to fix it when i dont have a trailer to do so. What a waste of time and money. That is what tractor supply told me to do, deal with the manufacturer.

Missing parts, information and defective parts

The mower l bought was defective so it was exchanged. But the one I got has problems also. It was not fully assembled, the battery was dead and had to be exchanged with the first mower I brought back. The trailer hitch is missing and I did not revcive the owners manual with the new one.
No, I do not recommend this product.
