I like the tiller its exactly what I was looking for. But it appears that the bolts on the axle were not torqued down and as a result the bolts fell off while in use. But the customer service was very prompt and helpful the tiller was immediately replaced and has shipped withing a couple days of the incident.

Axle Fell Off

Bolts on the main axle were either very loose or not installed at all. After only 10 minutes of use, the axle fell off on one side.
