Make sure you have all the parts when you buy it

These tillers sit outside, often outside of a fence. They come with parts that can easily be stolen such as the box of bolts and pins and the pto shaft. When you buy the tiller you have to do an inventory right there. Pay attention to the pto shaft, it should be yellow in color and have a slip clutch on it and it should also be shorter than what you would find on a mower. Also pay attention to the box of bolts, nuts, and pins. It should be sealed and not tampered with. I neglected to notice these things and was missed the box of parts and the pto shaft given to me was the wrong one which did not have matching splines for the tiller. (I know you have to cut it to length.) It took two trips to town to get this straightened out, the store basically stripped another tiller to get me the missing parts. I guess they will have to replace theirs later on their on time. But they did make sure I was satisfied and I will shop with them again.

4"?

Why would anyone buy or anyone make a 6' box tiller that only goes 4" deep max? The King Cutter that you USE to sell goes 8". If your planting tomatoes, peppers or anything like that 4" isnt going to cut it TSC. Bad choice going with this brand and hopefully customers do some research before they buy this and realize after the fact they are only going 4" deep.

Made in China not USA as stated

The tiller works fine. Switching from forward to reverse would be a lot easier if there was more room to slide the gear box over or a shorter shaft. And this is made in China even though website says made in USA. Also this is Tarter USA brand also.

6 Ft County Line Tiller review

The tiller works as expected. All seems very well built. It is another product I wish was built with a standard quick hitch in mind. There is an adjustment need for the top link hook but that is all. All implements need to fit the same spec quick hitch. And all quick hitch need to be the same spec. But I digress. I put about 10 hrs on it so far tilling MidSouth virgin clay soil. It handled the ground with ease. Tractor in use is JD 3046R.
