I had a problem with the tire coming off the rim and Tractor Supply took care of the problem...Customer satisfaction is top priority with Tractor Supply.

I recently purchased two of these wheels from Tractor Supply in McKinney, Texas and when preparing to install them on my mower I discovered that one wheel had roller bearings and the other did not. When I returned the unuseable wheel to the store to exchange it for a good one, I discovered that their display new wheel had no roller bearings. I explained this to the clerk and manager and showed them my receipt and they gave me a refund. I then went to their Wylie store and found the same thing - no bearings in the wheel. I explained this to the store management and even showed them the good wheel. If you shake a good new wheel, you can hear the roller bearings clinking about inside their retainer. Summary - 3 of 4 wheels bought from Dallas, Tx area stores have no bearinbgs in them and are unuseable. Recommendation to TS - Since these are supplied by King Kutter, get refunds and make KK solve the problem. Recommendation to buyers - poke a finger through the shrink wrap of any King Kutter wheel to determine if bearings are present BEFORE you buy. This can only be a KK manufacturing problem and they need to solve it before many of their customers have a bad experience with a wheel that will soon fail and lock up, possibly runining the axle and yoke.
